Platform Terms and Conditions of Use bk95

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and bk95 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). To the extent permitted by applicable law, bk95 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:
